For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "92pkr9", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to the 92pkr9 online gaming platform and its operating entity licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Player", "You", "Your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the 92pkr9 platform and uses its services.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on the 92pkr9 platform, associated with a unique username and password.

92pkr9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 92pkr9 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

When registering a 92pkr9 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 92pkr9 login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. 92pkr9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

92pkr9 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any such communication claiming to be from 92pkr9, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

All deposits on the 92pkr9 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. 92pkr9 does not accept deposits via credit cards issued by international financial institutions or via cryptocurrency.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 92pkr9 balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank clearing timelines and may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

92pkr9 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and player account status. These limits are displayed within the 92pkr9 cashier section. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances and will be returned to source.

92pkr9 does not charge fees for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 92pkr9 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals from a 92pkr9 account are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts held in your own name.

Before processing any withdrawal, 92pkr9 may require you to complete the KYC verification process. This may include providing a government-issued photo identity document (e.g. CNIC, passport), a proof of address dated within the last three months, and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used.

Standard withdrawal processing times at 92pkr9 are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Average processing time under 15 minutes from approval.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank Transfer: Up to one business day from approval.

92pkr9 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player from within the cashier section prior to processing. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds.

92pkr9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all 92pkr9 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only, as determined by 92pkr9 at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before Wagering Requirements are completed will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• 92pkr9 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is identified.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your 92pkr9 account. Real-money balance is used first; Bonus Funds are applied once the real-money balance reaches zero.
• Certain games may contribute differently to Wagering Requirements — for example, live dealer tables and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate than video slots. The contribution percentages for each game category are published in the individual promotion terms.

All bets placed on the 92pkr9 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as published within the platform. In the event of any technical malfunction, erroneous odds, or system error that results in a bet being placed or settled incorrectly, 92pkr9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's account.

For sports betting markets, including PSL cricket and other cricket markets available on 92pkr9:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 92pkr9 system.
• Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds (i.e., odds that bear no reasonable relationship to the true probability of the outcome due to a system error) may be voided at 92pkr9's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the live data feed. 92pkr9 is not liable for delays in live score or match data where such delays are caused by third-party data providers.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published for that event on the 92pkr9 platform.

For casino games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are made available within the game information panel. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators that are independently audited for fairness on a regular basis.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkr9 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one 92pkr9 account simultaneously.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 92pkr9 platform in any way.

All content on the 92pkr9 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, icons, audio files, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of 92pkr9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92pkr9 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 92pkr9 platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

92pkr9 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 92pkr9's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the service.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or game outcome, the 92pkr9 server logs shall be treated as the definitive record. If a Player believes an error has occurred in the settlement of any bet or game, they must contact 92pkr9 support within 30 days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this window may not be investigated.

92pkr9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

92pkr9 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) where necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

92pkr9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, 92pkr9 may withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, may report the matter to relevant authorities.

92pkr9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 92pkr9 platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pkr9 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
